traffic1 send metrics on transmitted and received network traffic. Unlike ganglia's net_module, traffic1 does handle only one network device.

This is a Ganglia module written in Python. It reaps performance data from /proc/diskstats and caculates various interesting values. It has been tested on Centos 5.x, but should work on any Linux system that supports /proc/diskstats.
